PCIJ STAFF AND BOARD

The PCIJ is currently undergoing a strategic reset of its operations in response to seismic changes in the information landscape. Founded in 1989, the Center came of age in the glory days of legacy media. Today it is re-evaluating its mission and its methods in response to the shifting media terrain. We are currently in the process of overhauling our staff. Our senior managers, including the executive director and the managing director, exited PCIJ effective July 1, 2025. We will announce a new management team before the end of this year. In the interim, the Center’s board of editors is providing operational and editorial oversight over PCIJ.
