There are 68.43 million adult Filipinos registered to vote and decide on May 12, 2025 over 18,000 national and local positions up for grabs, based on data from the Commission on Elections. 

Voters are concentrated in the regions of Calabarzon (9,714,079 voters), Central Luzon (7,699,404 voters), Central Visayas (4,389,344 voters), Bicol region (4,053,977 voters) and Western Visayas (3,259,554 voters).

The 10 biggest voting provinces are Cebu, Cavite, Bulacan, Pangasinan, Laguna, Negros Occidental, Batangas, Pampanga, Rizal, and Iloilo.

Elections for the parliament of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao was postponed to October 2025.
