The Commission on Elections on Saturday, Oct. 23, held mock elections in San Juan City to check its preparations for the May 2022 national and local elections. The city was chosen for the dry run because of its high vaccination rate.
Nearly 500 participants were involved. Comelec officials and observers from the House of Representatives, the Senate, and other agencies who were also present to observe.
