Contract Expiration	PSALM and Enron Pinamucan have decided to let the contract mature as scheduled since the Pinamucan Plant is due for turn-over to NPC by July 2003.	Concur with PSALM's decision to let the contract mature.
Nominated Capacity in excess of Contracted Capacity	NPC agreed with and paid for IPP's Nominated Capacity equivalent to 105% of Contracted Capacity despite energy-drawn fell below Contracted Capacity.	NPC to negotiate for recovery nominated capacity payments made in excess of Contracted Capacity.
