"Gloria-Garcillano" Tapes
AT least two versions of the alleged taped conversatiions between Pres. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and Comelec Commissioner Virgilio Garcillano have come out in the media. Atty. Alan Paguia's version is about 30 minutes, apparently taken from the three-hour-long recording in Atty. Samuel Ong's possession, the one the former NBI deputy director refers to as "the mother of all tapes." Below are the transcripts in pdf format:
