Enrile lets Henares take stand
but only to authenticate

PRESIDING OFFICER Juan Ponce Enrile allowed Internal Revenue Commissioner Kim Henares to take the witness stand.

However, Enrile said that Henares may only testify “to the extent of authenticating due execution of the documents.”
